BUFFALO LIFE SCIENCES COMPLEX

This new $140 million, 400,000 SF state-of-the-art Life Science Complex was constructed on the Buffalo Niagra Medical Campus. The complex houses life-sciences research designed to improve human health by developing new therapies to treat and cure disease. The buildings will have masonry walls with punched windows and curtain wall, metal panels with strip windows and skylights. Frank Seta provided curtain wall consulting services to the architect including review of the exterior walls, roofing, and waterproofing, review of shop drawings and specifications. Additionally, witnessed the air and water tests and provided quality control during construction.
